In March, Cyclone Idai caused tremendous damage to infrastructure and farmland throughout the Beira Corridor. However, one of the programmes  that we support, the Inputs Partnership has begun work in Chimoio. In April the partners reviewed the progress on field demonstrations one of the activities under the Partnership . Good headway is being made even though some of the irrigation systems were damaged during the cyclone. Farmers are keen to participate and  we are seeing encouraging numbers turn up and participate at the hands on events.
